Technical parameters

The operation of the dosing cylinder of the LCST filling-capping block is realized by a servo motor. The current dose can be adjusted from the touch screen within the indicated range. The cap is unloaded automatically from the cap sorting bowl. The capping is done with an alternating movement with a magnetic torque-limited head. The DGT piston filler also has servo driven dosing cylinders. The products arriving on the conveyor are stopped and filled with the filling heads. The KPZ capper takes plastic click-on caps or screw caps onto jars or bottles.
