Choose a stand design. There are several 'layouts' and basic color designs on the form to fill out.

Send us your company logo so we can place it on the front of the stand desk and in the company logo list. The logo file should be an image file with the extension * .jpg in a size of 180 * 80 pixels, distortions are possible or not visible enough for other sizes, and gray stripes may be visible at the edges of the image!If no file is submitted, a generic image file will be uploaded here.

Here you can enter e.g. introductory material of the company: how long has the company been operating, what does it do, what are the goals of the company, how big is the company, where are the geographical locations of its activities, etc.…. .You can also send a company photo! A company photo can be a company logo, or even a photo of a company building or a responsible manager. Optimal image size in 765 * 496 pixels * .jpg landscape file format (if not large, we need to convert it, there may be distortions, quality degradation, or a gray extension bar on both sides of the image.)

This can be e.g. give a little more specific things: e.g. what companies do you represent or what results have you achieved, what improvements have been made, etc.

The subcategories correspond to the exhibition hall (see under the menu item Thematics) in which you want to exhibit your products! Remember, however, that for a given subcategory, it is good to have an exhibited product as well! In addition to the selectable categories, you can also enter the text of your company's activity in text, with a little more detail in headlines! The more subcategories and activities you describe, the easier it will be to find your business!

Enter information about your company using QR code. Please scan the sample code using a mobile phone!

You can exhibit the number of products corresponding to the subscription package. If you want to change the products during the year, this is not an obstacle either, but it costs +20 EUR / product, except for the Extra package, where 14 products can be exhibited, but 4 of them can be replaced once a year (so in principle 18 product can be issued in one year maximum).

6 photos of each product can be published. Photos should be in landscape format if possible, with an optimal image size of 765 * 496 pixels * .jpg file format (if different sizes, we need to convert them, there may be distortions, quality degradation, or a gray extension bar on both sides of the image.)

Please find brochures about the products (if not available, then about the company's activities) in pdf format. Two brochures or one brochure + another documentation, e.g. technical drawing, MSDS, etc.. (either in pdf or -jpg format) can be placed per product! The file can also be placed on your server (in this case we ask for an exact url, but only with https: // protocol), but if the source is terminated on that website, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor!

There are 2 videos about each product, in which one application of the product can be described. In the absence of these, a general video will be released! Please enter the videos on the Youtube link with the Youtube ID!

You can enter various information about the product, e.g. product name, manufacturer, brand, type, etc .. A few sentences, general textual descriptions of the product can also be given.

The product can be assigned to a category, which you can select from a list. This essentially means the exhibition hall in which the product will be exhibited! Only one thematic category can be assigned to a product, so it can only be exhibited in one hall!

You can publish 10 technical parameters. You can also enter the names of the parameters and the corresponding value. Also provide a more specific description of the product.

If you have chosen a tariff plan, you will also have the option to place a banner. This animated graphic banner will be displayed in the hall as well as on the product side and stand. It also appears on the news page. Only the exhibitor's banner can be placed on the stand or on the side of the product! The position of the banners on the pages can be determined by the exhibition organizer. The pixel size of the banners is 320 * 250 pixels. The file format is * .gif, the file size should preferably not exceed 60 kbytes! The banner is placed on the server of the exhibition, no statistics are made about it. Those who choose the EXTRA package can place the banner in 1 hall, at the company's stand, on the page of all their products, and 1 on the News page. Those who choose the Advertiser - Sponsor package can place 1 banner on the News page, 1 banner on the PACKRADARXPO page and a company logo (in the specified size) in the Partners section of the main page!

If the chosen package includes a PR article, you need to know the following: Submission format: - Text part without images (* .doc, * .docx, * .txt format), the image material separately (* .jpg, * .png format). Technical dimensions - Text part max. 700 words (based on Word counting), excerpt - automatically based on the first sentence of the article. Image material - 1 mandatory main image + max. 1 internal image (both in 765 * 496 pixel size with a minimum resolution of 72 dpi and a file size of up to 60 kbytes). Articles can be rearranged typographically! Links in articles may be deleted! Articles are marked with an (x), source code, author or license permission is required for the images! The exhibition organizer is not responsible for it. All legal liability in this regard belongs to the exhibitor. Banner submission - (max. 60 kbytes, * .gif format, in the required pixel size, with a link). Banners, articles, images are stored on the server of the service provider! It is also possible to post videos embedded in articles! If a product promotion or job advertisement is announced, the entries will be deleted either by the requested deadline, but no later than after 3 months!
